Kathy and I have been cheating on our regular gym by visiting IronWorks Gym in Creswell. I got started after I met the owner and his brother while shooting this story. We've started taking a Tabata Class (it's on the video) on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Gene, the owner is the greatest guy. He truly cares about people and fitness. The folks at the gym are great as well. Watch the video and you'll see why it works.
