Description: There are five types of DUI charges defined in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA) under section 40-6-391. One is referred to as an alcohol less safe DUI, the second kind is referred to as a drug less safe DUI, the third type of DUI is based on the use of inhalants, the fourth type of DUI is based on the use of a combination of alcohol and drugs, and the fifth type of DUI is what people traditionally think of as a DUI also known as a per se DUI.
