Some time ago I was terribly and chronically sad. I tried to scramble out of this in different ways but nothing worked. I realized that the problem was the lack of sufficient distance. I've seen the cause of trouble in a general sense of disappointment. I had to somehow enchant and objectify everything again. So helped me this fantastic group of young people from around the world echoing the spell in front of camera. This is how the Mi Tristeza grande - therapeutic movie came to be. It worked.
