Two jets form vortex rings that collide. The results appear to correspond well with the lab observations reported by TT Lin and TB Nickels (1992). We have used the Basilisk code (www.basilisk.fr) and the maximum resolution corresponds to a 2048 x 2048 x 2048 equidistant-cell grid.
