Description: Pavlova is a meringue based dessert that is named after a russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova who was the first ballerina to tour ballet around the world. As she tour New Zealand, a hotel chef in wellington created this meringue based dessert in honor of her visit citing the dancer’s tutu as the inspiration.
