Punhun, hearing of Sassui’s beauty, traveled to Bhambore and, through a clever ruse involving his clothes needing washing, managed to meet Sassui. The two fell deeply in love and were soon married1.<br/><br/>The Separation: However, their happiness was short-lived. Punhun’s brothers, disapproving of the marriage, intoxicated Punhun and took him back to Balochistan while Sassui was asleep1.
