Punjgran Water Fall<br/>2. Dhani Waterfall <br/>We reached Neelam Tourist huts in the evening. We got them booked from Muzafarabad. In the evening we had a cup of tea at the river bank with India on the other side. <br/><br/>Jeep Fare in Neelam<br/>A 4x4 jeep can be hired from Keran for 3 days and 2 nights for PKR.30,000. The driver's name is Toseef Hussain and his contact number is +92355 8002483. The travel time from Keran to Kel is normally 5-6 hours, . You can bargain on the fare and rent as well. <br/><br/>Food and Cooking <br/>There are many good food options in Kashmir. If you enjoy cooking, you can buy fresh chicken meat from the local market. It is not recommended to buy beef unless you are sure it is fresh and not frozen. The best option is to ask your hotel management to prepare your meals. Specify what you would like to eat, and they will be happy to accommodate your request. For lunch, you can have vegetables and rice. For dinner, you can have barbecued meat or fish. For breakfast, you can have eggs.<br/><br/>Tips for Safe Travel and Security Situation in Kashmir<br/><br/>1- The best time to visit the Neelum Valley is during the spring (April-June) or fall (September-October). The weather is mild during these months, and the valley is lush with greenery.<br/><br/>2 -Be prepared for anything: The weather in Kashmir can change quickly, so be prepared for anything.
