At his slice shop Lucia Pizza, you’ll find his family’s signature vodka sauce pie and fresh clam pizza that is only served on Fridays. His philosophy is that good pizza should be approachable — no need to make it too fancy or highbrow. As he puts it, “Pizza, to me — in its simplest way, it's for everyone.”
