It's a melting pot of Tibetan culture. After visiting Tuiwa, I then continued on to Yadong County, a border town nestled between India's Sikkim and Bhutan, which luckily was at a lower altitude so I could finally breathe normally again! Join me on this new adventure across the roof of the world!\
