Description: In Kenya, deaf education teacher Martha Mwangu is improving learning outcomes in her third grade classroom for pupils with disabilities with tools from the USAID-funded Tusome Early Grade Reading Activity. The Ministry of Education and USAID have partnered to provide books for 5.7 million children in grades 1-3 across the entire country. Tusome trains teachers like Martha to help children reach their full potential.
