Description: Mostly vegetarian food from organic farm except one dish. Reminded me of my Gujarati food in childhood days; chayote ( like Dudhi), potatos ( reminded me of Suki Bhaaji and Puri) , mixed vegetables, fresh beet, Avacado, Shredded cucumber salad and corn tortillas ( thepla).
