Manchester Day is back again for 2024, and the date of this year's celebration has been confirmed as Saturday July 27.<br/><br/>Last year's promenade-style event saw activities take place in a number of city centre locations, and this year's is set to have even more fun-filled free activities for all the family.<br/><br/>Manchester City Council is working with creative partners over the next few months to finalise the program for a jam-packed day that will see the city centre streets come to life with all kinds of things to see and do.<br/><br/>Last year the free event saw performers of all kinds take to the streets to entertain families and friends alike. <br/><br/>Councillor Pat Karney said Manchester Day has been a highlight in the city's events calendar for well over a decade.<br/><br/>He is excited to spend Manchester's favourite day of the year with Mancunians across the city-region.
