How to open your Litelok Gold properly: Always push the key in fully before turning 180º clockwise. When the key is fully inserted, none of the key shank will be visible. Rotate key a half turn (180º) clockwise. Do not force the key if the lock jams. If you have trouble it might be that the internal discs may be misaligned because the key was not fully inserted. Wiggle the key gently from side to side, turn anticlockwise, remove and try again. Open your Litelok keeping the lock part straight.
