Description: Hong Kong's worst ever rainstorm on record last June cost it HKD 578 million. (EUR 54 million). Scientists predict such rainstorms will become more frequent and more intense because of climate change. Greenpeace China wants the Hong Kong government to draw up an urgent climate change policy to prevent such disasters happening again.
