Pulled over around 12:18 AM while driving a gray BMW, Timberlake was reportedly en route to a friend's house after leaving dinner at The American Hotel. Officer Michael Arkinson, who filed the complaint, observed that Timberlake exhibited signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes, the smell of alcohol, and poor performance on sobriety tests.
