As the Islamic community celebrates Eid Fitr (Fitr feast) after the holy month of Ramadan, on July 17 2015, The Muslim Association of Canada – Vancouver has organized an Eid Festival which gathered merely 4000 Muslims in Vancouver Convention Centre; which is considered the biggest Eid gathering in Vancouver. We was honored to have a greetings letter from the mayor which was delivered by Mr. Yousef Barakat, the president of the Canadian Arab Forum. We also gladly welcomed Mr. Don Davis, an M.P.
