Demo Reel Breakdown - Alexandria NelsonnnCanyon – Matte PaintingnThe still image is a picture of the Hoover Dam. After I had clean plated the shot, I treated the sky as a blue screen and keyed the sky and done a sky replacement. Then I matte painted the the scene into four pieces; water, front canyon, back canyon, and sky. I animated the sky so the still can start becoming a moving shot. I add a 3D model of a rope bridge that I modeled and textured and added it's shadow on the back canyon wall
