The third phase of polling for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is scheduled for May 7. This phase includes some key seats whose results will have a direct impact on the future of political families involved. 93 seats spread over 10 states and a union territory will go to polls on May 7. 17.24 crore voters are eligible to cast their votes in this phase on 1.85 lakh polling stations. Baramati in Maharashtra, Gulbarga in Karnataka and Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh are among seats whose results will be closely watched. In Baramati, NCP veteran Sharad Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule is competing with her cousin Ajit Pawar's wife Sunetra Pawar. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge’s son-in-law Radhakrishna Doddamani is contesting from Gulbarga. Sam was a giant in the local news industry and the entertainment world, and a fixture of Los Angeles morning television for decades. <br/><br/>'His laugh, charm, and caring personality touched all who knew him. Sam was a loving husband and father: the roles he cherished the most. Our thoughts are with Sam’s family during this difficult time,' the channel wrote on X. <br/><br/>KTLA 5 is profoundly saddened to report the death of Sam Rubin. Sam was a giant in the local news industry and the entertainment world, and a fixture of Los Angeles morning television for decades. His laugh, charm, and caring personality touched all who knew him. <br/><br/>His KTLA colleagues have also made teary-eyed tributes to the veteran on air. <br/><br/>Longtime morning anchor Frank Buckley said, 'We don’t know what happened, but it was sudden'. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, Eric Spillman added, 'I can’t believe we are reporting this — it is such a shock.' <br/><br/>Many entertainment reporters have expressed sadness over Rubin's passing.<br/><br/>CNN's Elizabeth Wagmeister said on X, 'This is just awful.
