The 7 episode series follows the true story of comedian Richard Gadd and his experience being stalked and harassed by a crazed woman. While Harvey has identified herself as the woman being depicted in the show, neither Gadd or Netflix have directly confirmed her claims. Netflix has since responded to the suit in a statement to Sky News, saying 'We intend to defend this matter vigorously and to stand by Richard Gadd's right to tell his story.'
