The video also demonstrates the ability to bind fields in Conditions to variables that can then be used, in this case, from within Actions (or other predicate or formula Conditions). Actions can be configured to call a Work Item with specified parameters (either literals, field or fact values), set a field on an existing fact to the value of a Work Item result or set a field on a new fact to the value of a Work
