Description: Alicia DeMay, clinic director at City Wildlife, feeds a baby squirrel brought to the northwest D.C. wild animal rescue center at the end of March.Spring time brings an influx of baby squirrels and other immature wild animals that have fallen from nests or through other circumstances become separated from their parents.These spring babies are fed and cared for, with the goal of eventual release back into the wild.nnCity Wildlife performs this kind of service every day.
