The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) conducted overnight rescue operation for people trapped under the hoarding. The huge hoarding was erected by Ego Media. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) issued a notice to the media agency, asking it to immediately remove the remaining three hoardings.
