Over the last two months, volunteers from HELP International have worked alongside teachers at Sironko High, a school in a small village of Uganda, Africa. Female students and some of their mothers were taught courses about menstruation, sex education, self defense, and the proper care and use of reusable sanitary pads. As a final surprise, the volunteers decided to give 280 students their own Days for Girls sanitary pad starter kits free of charge.
