Description: Omar Rodriguez, an assistant county counsel for Santa Cruz County, is running to succeed Judge Harry Tobias for the open San Benito County Superior Court Judge seat against Frances Henderson, a 61-year-old family law facilitator in San Benito County, and Gregory LaForge, a 56-year-old criminal defense attorney here. Rodriguez touted his experience as a local deputy D.A. and his more recent time as a civil litigator in making a case for his candidacy on the June 5 primary ballot.
