_delicious-chicken-chow-mein-recipe--ready-in-30-minutes.webp "Here's a quick and delicious chicken chow mein recipe that can be ready in just 30 minutes:<br/><br/>Ingredients:<br/><br/>200g chow mein noodles<br/>2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced<br/>2 tablespoons vegetable oil<br/>2 garlic cloves, minced<br/>1 onion, thinly sliced<br/>1 bell pepper, thinly sliced<br/>100g bean sprouts<br/>2 tablespoons soy sauce<br/>1 tablespoon oyster sauce<br/>1 tablespoon hoisin sauce<br/>1 teaspoon sesame oil<br/>Salt and pepper, to taste<br/>Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)<br/>Instructions:<br/><br/>Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.<br/><br/>Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.<br/><br/>Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.<br/><br/>Add the onion, bell pepper, and bean sprouts to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.<br/><br/>In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine.<br/><br/>Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.<br/><br/>Serve the chicken chow mein hot, garnished with chopped spring onions. Enjoy!")
