For starters you need to figure out what's causing your symptoms. Dr. Tania Elliott always recommends ZYRTEC to her patients because it provides a full 24 hours of indoor and outdoor allergy relief, and it starts working hard at hour 1 and stays strong day after day. Something else you should do is keep your home clean so that pollen or other allergens are not settling into your carpeting, furniture or bedding, which can trigger symptoms even if you're not spending too much time outside.
