At Durham University we were introduced to the Question Bank and Question Bank mapping from the outset. It worked really well alongside the Institutional Hierarchy, with the Surveys populated with institutional, departmental and module specific questions. Going forward though we discovered problems mainly with the collection of the questions from Departments and modules and the complexity of getting them into the question bank – and we worked out that there are a few options for us to try out.
