New modelling shows the average ski season could be between 44 and 55 days shorter, based on a medium to high future emissions scenario. The length of the ski season has already contracted between 17% and 28% across most Australian alpine resorts. Report co-author Professor Adrienne Nicotra says conversations need to be had, about the future of our snow resorts.
