The FIR was registered following a complaint by B K Bopanna, legal cell secretary of the ruling Congress in Karnataka. Bopanna filed the complaint following a video posted by Bharti where he made the controversial claim about Rahul Gandhi’s intentions regarding the Ayodhya temple.
