MAGGI MANCHURIAN RECIPE•<br/>Trust us these taste really very Goooood! We coated our manchurian balls with some dried maggi and then fried it which makes them instantly crisp!<br/><br/>Ingredients used are-<br/>For Manchurian balls-<br/>Boiled Maggi-2 packets<br/>Chopped carrot, onion and capsicum<br/>Ginger, garlic and green chillies<br/>Black pepper powder- 1 Tsp<br/>Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp<br/>Vinegar-1 Tbsp<br/>Schezwan chutney- 2 Tsp<br/>Maggi masala of 2 packet maggi<br/>Maida- 1/4 cup<br/>Cornflour- 1/3 cup<br/>Make the manchurian balls out of this and coat them with some dried maggi and fry until crisp on low flame!<br/><br/>For Gravy-<br/>Oil<br/>Ginger, garlic and green chillies-1 Tsp each Veggies- Onion, capsicum and tomatoes<br/>Schezwan chutney- 2 Tsp<br/>Red chilli sauce- 1 Tsp<br/>Tomato ketchup- 1 Tsp<br/>Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp<br/>Vinegar- 1 Tbsp<br/>Cornflour slurry (1 Tbsp cornflour+ water as required)<br/>Mix well the manchurian balls with gravy for 2-3 min on high flame!<br/><br/>#manchurian #manchurianrecipe #maggie #maggi #maggilover #magginoodles #maggirecipes #chineserecipe #indochinese #snackrecipes #recipe #recipeoftheday #foodreels #recipereels #delhi #delhifood #delhifoodie #delhifoodies #food #foodporn #foodie #foodstagram #easyrecipes #quickrecipes #reels
