This includes competitive domestic leagues and tournaments that provide opportunities for players to develop their skills and experience a high standard of cricket.<br/><br/>4. Performance in ICC Events: Performance in ICC events such as the ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC T20 World Cup, and ICC Champions Trophy can also play a role in gaining Test status. Consistent success in these tournaments can demonstrate the country's cricketing prowess and its readiness for Test cricket.<br/><br/>In the last 20 years, ICC has made procedural changes in granting test status.
