Description: This is an exercise I’ve learned from Jay Novacek.. who is a 3X Super Bowl Champion for the Dallas Cowboys, and he was my personal trainer for a few years.nnThis exercise revolutionized the way I move my feet, and the way I focused in small objects.nnHow to do it:nn1.) Get a partner to stand behind you and throw the tennis ball over your head, either to your left or right side.nn2.) Use your agility to catch the tennis ball wherever side it was thrown from.
