When the light fades the pictures get quite dark, and due to the high compression (also in ProTune mode) there is only so and so much that you can do in post production to rescue the pictures. Cranking up the ISO gain from 400 to 1600 (= factor 2) or even to 6400 (= factor 4) is NOT a solution. Picture will get eternally grainy/
