It's really too long to write it all in. What it comes down too is that my iPhone that lived in an otterbox and was never dropped ended up with issues. (Actually had issues right after the first phone I purchased) but they resolved quickly. The second phone I had for the longest period of time ended up with different issues. AntennaGate, WiFi, screen issues etc... I can't recall what happened to the other one after that, but shortly after that (within 24 hours of being replaced) I had to take it
