A Netherlands fan lost a full pint of beer while posing for a television camera at his team's Euro 2024 game against Poland on Sunday.<br/><br/>The incident occurred just before kick-off at Hamburg's Volksparkstadion after the man spotted a camera panning across his path.<br/><br/>He responded by cheering and raising the beer in his right hand.<br/><br/>This beer survived but another fell out of the fan's left hand after a stray ball from the pitch struck him on the jaw.<br/><br/>Footage of the unfortunate incident was then shared by BBC Sport via social media.<br/><br/>The comments section on X (formerly Twitter) was full of people praising the fan for not dropping both pints.<br/><br/>'Sucker punch and still kept hold of that beer,' read one comment.<br/><br/>Another fan wrote: 'Well done sir'.<br/><br/>The Netherlands went on to win the game 2-1 thanks to a late goal from former Manchester United forward Wout Weghorst.<br/><br/>Weghorst came off the bench to net the winner in the 83rd minute.<br/><br/>Liverpool's Cody Gakpo had earlier bagged the Dutch side's equalizer after Adam Buksa headed Poland into a shock lead in the 16th minute.
