Description: A practice where we avoid heave weight bearing through the wrists in down dog and chaturanga and use dolphin pose and sphinx instead. nWe warm up and prepare for the sun salutation. To balance out the practice, we progress to standing poses finding strength and openness, twists to nourish the spine and backbends to open the front of the body and strengthen the back of the body.
