Description: Prufrock-Pulfrich (2017) is a reference to T.S. Eliot’s ‘The love song of J. Arthur Prufrock’ in which there is mention of afternoon tea and cakes. This animation is also, in parallel, a reference to German physicist Carl P. Pulfrich (1858-1927) who discovered an optical illusion produced by manipulating the image in a single eye while viewing a rotating object on a flat screen.
