The film stars Stephen Chow Sing-chi (周星馳), Suki Kwan Sau-mei (關秀媚), and Sandra Ng Kwan-yue (吳君如). The film chronicles a young couple's struggles and trials as the man attempts to give the woman a good life, but the man gets derailed by the temptations and annoyances of modern urban life.
