Part 1 of 3 of the teenage drama from 1999. In 1980's Burnham, Tar lives with his alcoholic mother and abusive father, while Gemma Brogan is a rebellious girl from a respectable family. Both are 14 year old teenagers in a relationship, which their parents disapprove of. When Tar is assaulted one night by his father he runs away from home and ends up on the streets of Bristol. When Gemma's father bans her from having any contact with him, she decides to go and join him there and from then on their lives spiral out of control.<br/><br/>I'm uploading this as a request by someone from Youtube who was looking for this. I did have this on tape but it was missing the first 15 mins, which is why by chance I happened to save this when it was on Youtube to watch later on. It's lucky that I did as it or the channel has since disappeared, so here it is for those looking out for it. Whether it remains on here is another matter, but until then enjoy.

Now living with eco couple Jerry and Yanny in a squat, Gemma riles Yanny by eating a burger in the place and fearing her a bad influence on Tar she tells Gemma to go back home. But at a party she meets Lily and her boyfriend Rob, who offer her a place to stay and later Tar comes with them to live, lost without Gemma. But Lily and Rob are heroin addicts and soon the teenage lovers spiral into a life of drug addiction. When supplies run out they are stuck between a choice of a life of crime or prostitution...<br/><br/>This is the 2nd part of the acclaimed and somewhat dark children's drama Junk, which was broadcast in January 1999. Making a name for Jemima Rooper and Daniel Newman as the teenage lovers, it also features Lee Ingleby and Susan Penhaligon, who made her name in Bouquet of Barbed Wire in 1976. <br/><br/>(A note: I did upload Episode 3, but it was removed. I have contacted Dailymotion to find out what the infringement was and hopefully I can find out so the video can be re-edited and uploaded again minus it's infringement.
