Elon Musk explained on Twitter that Tesla will still grow the Supercharger network, just at a slower pace for new locations and with more focus on 100% uptime and expanding existing sites. Some states, like Hawaii and Alaska, and various rural areas, offer limited Tesla Supercharger options, necessitating significant drives for many users to access charging facilities.
