Description: Hammam Faraun is an Egyptian site of hot spring (surface temperature 72 °C), south of Ras Matarma between Ras Sudr and Abu Zenima on the west coast of Sinia, on the banks of the Gulf of Suez. The spring flows from the shore fault of Gebal Hammam Faraun. The waters issue from faulted, dolomitic Eocene limestones. Corresponding author: Mahmoud Hefny, hefnymah@gmail.com
