_motorway-kallar-kahar-salt-range-m-2.webp "The M-2 Motorway or the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway is a north–south motorway in Pakistan, connecting Rawalpindi/Islamabad to Lahore, and is the first motorway to have been built in South Asia. The M-2 is 375 km long and located entirely in Punjab. It continues on to eventually become the M-1 motorway, which terminates in Peshawar. The M-2 crosses the junction of M-4 (to Faisalabad) at Pindi Bhattian and M-3 (to Multan) at Dera Saithan Wala. The motorway is also a part of the Asian Highway AH1. The motorway was constructed during Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's rule and cost over Rs. 60 billion (equivalent to US$2.8 billion in 2023) and was opened in November 1997. One of the most expensive motorways in Asia, it also has one of the highest pillared-bridges in Asia at the Khewra Salt Range section.<br/><br/>There are ten service and rest areas on both sides of the motorway, with fueling, car wash, and car-repair facilities, and fast-food restaurants such as KFC, McDonald's, and Gloria Jean's Coffees, among others.<br/><br/>In 2016, the entire motorway was resurfaced—work that stretched over several months. New toll plazas were installed on every interchange. They are payable with a new M-tag system that was introduced in December 2021.<br/>The M-2 was conceived by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in his first term (1990–1993). The contract was awarded to Daewoo Group of South Korea on 30 December 1991 at a cost of Rs. 23,686 billion on a design-cum-construct basis. The original contract was for a four-lane facility.<br/><br/>Daewoo provided a loan of $379 million as supplier's credit, covering 40% of the construction cost. The loaned amount would eventually grow to $702 million. The other 60% of the cost would be paid by the government.<br/><br/>The motorway was inaugurated on November 26, 1997, during Sharif's second term.In late 2006, upgrades were made to the portion of the M-2 passing through the Salt Range due to increasing complaints of drivers. The upgrades included better marking of the road lines and increased size of road signs for easy visibility.In 2016, the M-2 motorway was resurfaced for a smooth and safer drive.")

Just like the Taycan Turbo GT, Four Rings is putting the finishing touches on a new flagship. It is called RS E-Tron GT Performance, reminiscent of gasoline models such as the RS6 and RS7 Performance versions.<br/><br/>Just as the current RS E-Tron GT won't be as intense as the Taycan Turbo S, it won't be as harsh as the Zuffenhausen model. However, there will be a power increase over the 637 hp and 612 lb-ft offered by the current range-topping. Audi is being coy about details (it's a teaser, after all) but is sharing images of a camouflaged car with ceramic brakes hiding behind aero wheels.<br/><br/>The revamped front and rear engines are unlikely to match the Taycan Turbo S's 938 horsepower, let alone the fierce Turbo GT's whopping 1,019 horsepower. We know that Audi engineers made changes not only to the powertrain but also to the battery pack for longer range. For reference, the new Taycan with Performance Battery Plus has a usable energy content of 98.6 kWh, while the base model has a net battery pack of 83.6 kWh.<br/><br/>Charging speed has also increased; This is no surprise considering the latest Taycan can now get 320 kW of power instead of 270 kW. Elsewhere, Audi has developed a new suspension system consisting of four individually active double-valve shock absorbers. This more responsive hardware will be adapted from the new Porsche Panamera. On the Audi, the suspension has been tuned for greater comfort compared to the sharper Taycan.<br/><br/>Audi plans to introduce the 2025 E-Tron GT later this year. The request money fraud has been on the rise, and you can become a victim even if the fraudster just knows your phone number.<br/><br/>What is collect-call/request money?<br/><br/>The ‘Request’ feature on the PhonePe app allows a person to send you a payment request where the amount is filled in by the requester.<br/><br/><br/>Request Money on PhonePe<br/>Once someone has sent in a request, a pop-up opens up on your PhonePe app.<br/><br/><br/>You can pay by just clicking on the ‘Pay’ button and entering the UPI PIN.<br/><br/><br/>Pay using the collect call request pop up<br/>You can also ‘Decline’ the request, in which case the request stands invalid. Before declining, you can block the requester as well — this will prevent all future payment requests being raised to you by that person.<br/><br/>Here’s how Request Money frauds work:<br/><br/><br/>Fraudsters responding to your sale listings on Quikr, OLX and other sites<br/>You post a product listing on OLX, Quikr or a similar site. The fraudster spots your listing and gives you a call saying that are interested in buying the product. <br/><br/>The fraudster will then ask you to open your PhonePe app while you are on the call, and send you a collect-call request for the same amount as your listing. A lot of times the fraudsters use the PhonePe logo as their profile picture, which you can see in the collect call request. They also put a message right above the ‘Pay’ button with instructions like ‘Once you pay, you will receive money.’<br/><br/>This is a fraudulent message. You never need to click on the ‘Pay’ button or enter your UPI pin to receive money on PhonePe.<br/><br/>A few examples of such fraudulent messages are “Payment successful receive Rs. xxx”, “You received money”, “To receive click here for bank transfer”, and so on.<br/><br/><br/>A collect-call request with a fraudulent name and message<br/>2. Fraudsters pretending to be representatives of companies like Flipkart, Myntra etc.<br/><br/>In such scenarios, the fraudster will usually call and congratulate you stating that you have won money and they need to transfer it to Flipkart, PhonePe or any third party wallet. They may even tell you that you can purchase anything while on the call and they will enable this purchase for you.<br/><br/>This is what a fraudulent collect call looks like in this scenario:<br/><br/><br/>The fraudster has used a company’s logo & name in this collect-call request<br/>Please remember, no company or merchant will send you a collect-call request to transfer money or make a purchase on your behalf.<br/><br/>3. Fraudsters pretending to be PhonePe customer support representatives<br/><br/>In such scenarios fraudsters circulate fake helpline numbers on Twitter, claiming to solve problems related to money transfers, cashback, KYC etc. on the app.")
