I got the idea for this little short while we were discussing the gameplay design surrounding weapon attacks. The original idea being that Agent 47 should be able to take out anyone with anything. Somebody in the meeting mentioned he should be able to use even the smallest item, such as a paper clip. This conjured up some really silly moves to actually kill a full sized human with such an item (death by 100,000 stab wounds?), but the idea of a miniature Agent 47 using a paper clip stuck with me.
