A JetBlue flight bound for Boston aborted takeoff at Reagan National Airport in DC after a Southwest plane encroached on the runway. Air traffic control audio reveals controllers yelling at pilots to stop as the JetBlue plane was taking off, and Southwest was cleared to cross the same runway. Radar data suggests the planes came within 400 feet of each other, about the length of three airplanes. The FAA is investigating the incident, which they say involved planes nearly colliding. Both airlines are cooperating with the investigation into the Reagan National incident.
