Description: In Bangladesh there are many historic mosques, the Goaldi Mosque of Sonargaon is one of them. It was built in 1560 during the Bengal Sultanate under the reign of Sultan Alauddin Hussain Shah. It is one of the few surviving Middle Age monuments in Bangladesh.
