Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.<br/><br/>#### 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.<br/><br/>#### 3. In another large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.<br/><br/>#### 4. Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture one at a time, beating well after each addition.<br/><br/>#### 5. Stir in the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, Limoncello liqueur, and vanilla extract until well combined.<br/><br/>#### 6. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.<br/><br/>#### 7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.<br/><br/>#### 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.<br/><br/>#### 9. While the cake is baking, prepare the Limoncello syrup. In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, water, Limoncello liqueur, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
