On Monday, 25 million people are under threat of severe storms from Dallas to Sioux Falls, with a level 4 out of 5 risk near Oklahoma City and Wichita. By Tuesday, the threat may shift east into the Mississippi Valley and Ohio Valley with tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds all possible.
