It is the third installment in the Lucky Stars series, following Winners and Sinners (1983) and My Lucky Stars (1985).<br/><br/>The Five Lucky Stars, one of them being replaced by a younger brother, are assigned by the police to allow Wong Chi-ching (關之琳 Rosamund Kwan Chi-lam), an actress to live with them. The actress has information on a crime syndicate and assassins are sent after her. Ricky (Yuen) and Swordflower (胡慧中 Sibelle Hu Hui-chung) are to stay at the actress’s home undercover to capture the assassins. Throughout the course of the movie, the Stars chase the attractive woman around the house, though their efforts are largely unsuccessful. At the climax, the three assassins eventually end up at a recreation building to take down Swordflower (mistaking her to be their target), but coincidentely Kidstuff (Sammo) and his friends are there and they recognize one of them, with help from the actress. Muscle (Jackie) and Ricky arrive in the nick of time and a showdown takes place, eventually ending with the protagonists victorious. The police and a large ensemble of Chinese actors arrive to congratulate them.<br/>")
_sergio-aguero-angrily-squares-up-to-an-opponent-on-his-return-for-manchester-city-three-years-after-retiring-from-prof.webp "Sergio Aguero was back in a Man City kit on Wednesday - and didn't take long to square up to an opponent as his team lost its opener at The Soccer Tournament.<br/><br/>The Argentine, 36, retired in 2021 due to a heart condition but returned to the pitch for the 7-on-7 tournament on Wednesday leading his aptly-named Aguero FC.<br/><br/>But it wasn't the return to sky blue he would've hoped for as his team fell 6-3, with the Argentine star coming face to face with an opponent from Say Word FC in the second half as tensions rose.<br/><br/><br/>Aguero and the opponent appeared to exchange some tense words before Say Word's goalie stepped in - before one of the forward's Team Aguero teammates escalated the situation by pushing the opponent Aguero was clashing with.<br/><br/>The legendary striker attempted six shots in the match but failed to score as Say Word notched a surprising win in front of a smattering of City supporters.<br/><br/>While Aguero is the only ex-City player on his team for the tournament, the English club is certainly involved with his participation there.<br/><br/>Aguero's team entered the field in the club's 2024-25 kits, and a display behind one of the fields features the Premier League trophy and a picture of Aguero's iconic title-winning goal vs. QPR.<br/><br/>The squad will play once more on Wednesday night before facing off against former Man United star Nani and his Nani FC on Wednesday.<br/><br/>The Soccer Tournament, in its second year, awards a $ 1 million winner-take-all prize in both its men's and women's brackets.<br/><br/>This year, squads, representing Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Burnley, Inter Milan, Villareal, and Wrexham have traveled to North Carolina to compete. <br/><br/>Former NFL star J.J. Watt even suited up for Burnley (which he part-owns with his wife, Kealia), while Marco Materazzi and Guiseppe Rossi took the field as well.")

As the world has watched the 2024 Oscar winners crowned in real-time, the performances of the nominees for “Best Original Song” have kept the Ken-ergy up and running.
