The music featured are new derivate musical compositions of many well known tunes where permission was obtained to film and record the event by the Tattoo marketing team.<br/><br/>Music featured includes Bonnie Lass of Fyvie, Auld Lang Syne, The Last Post, Lone Piper, Scotland the Brave and We're No Awa Tae Bide Awa.<br/><br/>▬Cast & Crew▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ <br/><br/>Videographer – A Taylor<br/><br/>Special thanks to Alan Smith, Edinburgh Tattoo Marketing Manager<br/><br/>▬Equipment Used ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬<br/><br/>Video Shot using Hi8 Camcorder<br/><br/>The Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland has performed at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo since it's formation in 2006 and although the band is new it inherits a tradition which goes back to the days when Clan Chieftains employed Seannachues to record their triumphs in music and song.<br/><br/>The band was formed to take on the traditional roles of the Bands of the Scottish Infantry Regiments where it's members support all State and ceremonial occasions that occur in Scotland including Garden Parties, State Banquets and Guards of Honour at Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh and Stirling Castles and Balmoral.<br/><br/>The band has established itself as a leader within the world of military music with excellent diversity and is in constant demand for their participation at Festivals including those in Malaysia, Switzerland, China, Italy and Bermuda. As trained soldiers the band is also called upon in times of crisis to support the Army Medical Services.<br/><br/>Along with The Rifles, The Royal Regiment of Scotland is also one of only two line infantry regiments to maintain its own regular military band within the Corps of Army Music, which was formed through the amalgamation of the Highland band and Lowland band of the Scottish Division.

While these talented musicians travel and perform regularly throughout their homeland they also put on concerts internationally in locations such as Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Denmark.<br/><br/>The band's conductor is Lieteant Colonel Igor Tsupikov.")

The video was one of the last I filmed and recorded using a Hi8 camcorder I was gifted by a member of the Edinburgh Cine and Video Society who I had been a member of for many years while living in Edinburgh.<br/><br/>The Indian Army Chief's Military Band is a member of the Indian Army which numbers around one million individuals which includes around thirty four divisions which has it's headquarters in New Delhi.The band is under the direction of the Chief of Army Staff which consists of a number of services and arms.<br/><br/>The Indian Army has around fourty eight military bands with over four hundred pipes and drums. The bands are trained at the Military Music Wing in Panchmarhi, Madhya Pradesh.<br/><br/>The Chief Military Band was formed in the Indian capital of Delhi back in 1990 and is well known for flawness synchronisation of it's movement and music.<br/><br/>It's music can be heard played at many prestigious state and ceremonial occasions which include tje Republic Day Festivities, India Independence Day and at Beating Retreat ceremonies.")

The band has established itself as an audience favourite at top US events such as the NFL Super Bowl and was a hit at the Tattoo back in 1999.<br/><br/>The Golden Eagles Marching Band is one of six bands within the Department of Music at South East Missouri State University. This years band is one of the most televised marching bands in the United States, this talented group of musicians and dancers are under the direction of Professor Barry W Bernhardt, assisted by Dr Robert Conger and Dr Shane Mizicko.")
