Multi-platinum singer Curtis Stigers was thrilled last Saturday when he was gifted a Titanic Guitar.<br/><br/>Iain Wilson of IBC-Music presented the award-winning American singer/songwriter with the Belfast made instrument just before his sell-out Ulster Hall concert.<br/><br/>The Dundonald-based musical instrument manufacturer recently launched its first acoustic guitar brand shortly after the success of winning the prestigious King’s Award at Buckingham Palace.<br/><br/>Titanic Guitars is a unique line that pays homage to the tradition of Irish music and guitar building.<br/><br/>Iain Wilson, founder and managing director of IBC-Music said: “It was an honour to be able to present a Titanic Guitar, which is made in Belfast, to Curtis<br/><br/>Stigers and I hope that he enjoys playing it and hopefully performing on stage with it for many years to come.”<br/><br/>Made from rose wood back and sides and European spruce top, this guitar is also aesthetically beautiful with ornate Celtic inlay.<br/><br/>Stigers, whose hits include ‘You’re All That Matters to Me’, ‘I Wonder Why’ and (What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace Love and Understanding, which Stigers recorded for the soundtrack album to the Whitney Houston movie ‘The Bodyguard’, was extremely impressed with his new Titanic Guitar.<br/><br/>He explained: “It’s gorgeous, look at that thing!”

But one of their most recent projects on a Porsche 911 GT2 RS seems to have stood out from the rest. Although this model is already Porsche’s most powerful car, BBI has expanded its capability even further by transforming one from a sleek sports car into a swift supercar. With specialist customisation, they pushed the car to reach speeds of 227mph, making it the fastest 911 in the world. Owner of BBI Betim Berisha told R.Rides: “We take this beautiful canvas that Porsche gives us and we tailor it to a client’s need or specific goal that we’re after. I don’t think we have ever built a car that made you actually feel this comfortable doing something so wrong. If I had to describe this Porsche in three words, I would say it’s visceral, raw and powerful.” Starting with the factory model, BBI upgraded the classic 911 with a custom engine, larger turbos and an advanced cooling system. Dmitriy Orlov, who works at the company said: “This car has bigger turbochargers, more intercooler, better calibration, a water-methanol injection system, better chassis to handle the high speed – and of course on Michelin tyres because they are just proven to be phenomenal at any speed and power level. There is also a lot of work on the interior. There are raised seats and harnesses to ensure that the car is safe.” To buy from the showroom, the Porsche 911 GT2 RS typically sells for around $350,000 – but with this level of modification, this car would cost closer to half a million dollars.")

We have Jack, who resides in the bar. I look at it this way, it’s his idea of fun, of a jest.”<br/><br/>Host of new show Weird Britain, Andy McGrath said “For all we know, these spirits are watching us every day, they’ve picked up on the technology and Jack’s saying ‘April, I just called to say I love you!’”<br/><br/>Edd Francis and Paul Cowmeadow of the Weird Britain Paranormal Research Team have certified the historic hotel as a haunted location.<br/><br/>Edd said: “The rich history and multitude of witnesses to paranormal activity at this site going back many, many decades is already compelling enough, but for many believers this new footage really will be the cherry on the cake.”<br/><br/>Paul added: “The footage certainly is very interesting.
